Protective plate
Protective plate is the
fitting that can protect the welding lens and prolong the welding lens
life. It is the only fitting that needs replace termly.
It can be separated as the glass and plastics
protective plate base the material.

Glass protective plate is made by optics glass
plate.

Plastics protective plate is
molded by the macromolecule material.
It can be separated as the flash
and anti-flash protective plate according the function on the protecting
from the flash.

Flash protective plate is the early stage welding
helmet fittings. It is prone to be stuck on the flash. This kind of the
protective plate have to be replaced termly because its usage life is very
short.
l anti-flash
protective plate is made by the macromolecule material. It is prone to be
stuck on the flash. Usage life of this kind of protective plate is long.
sweatband
Sweatband is the partition between the user head and headgear. The main
function is increase the pliability of the headgear, reduce the press on
the head.
It usually
made by foam plastics and fabric compound material. Fix model :

Stick: stick the sweatband on the headgear.
l pothook:
hitch the sweatband hole on the headgear to fix the sweatband.
