     Handhold welding helmet is the pioneer of welding helmet. Since the main
 welding mode is handwork in the initial stages of welding, one hand hold
 welding helmet and the other hand hold welding torch.process the welding
 work.
       handhold welding helmet is made up by three parts.
        I.      shell
    Shell is the main part to protect welder’ face  from light pollution and welding splash.

      Shell material：
 (1).  Cut and rivet by some  papery material
 (2).  Macromolecule molding

     Shell shape：
  Shield shape: it looks shield, most in rectangle, and foreside is plane
  Head shape: imitating the figure of human head and foreside is most arc-shaped.
      II      Window
   Window is made up of fliter, outter protect plate and fixing fittings. It can
 watch the welding workpiece and prodects welders’ face and eyes
      Filter: It is used to watch the welding point and protect eyes.
      Outter protect plate: It is used to protect filter from the welding splash
 and prolong the filter usage life. It can be made of glass or plastics.
     Fix fittings：It is the fittings that fix the filter and outter protect plate on
 the shell and replace easily.

       The main function of  holder is that mak welder use welding helmet
 convenient.
      According the mateial, it includes:
     Wooden holder: mostly use on the detachable welding helmet.
     Plastics holder: mostly use on the unitary welding helmet.
     Metal holder: mostly use on the shield shape welding helmet. 

    According the form, it includes:
    Detachable: shell and holder are connceted by some accessory.
    Unitary: shell and holder are one integrated mass.
