Tilt-up welding
helmet is made up by three parts.
Shell material.
Generally, shell is make up by the materical as following:
1. Cut and rivet by some papery material.
2. Macromolecule molding
3. Fiber-glass molding.
Shell shape:
1. Head shape: imitating the figure of human head.
2. Cartoon shape: imitating the head of animal and all kinds of cartoon dramatis personae.
3. Geometry shape: combinating by singleton or serval geometrical forms.
Lens: it can be departed by material such as: macromolecule and fiber-glass lens; or be departed by form such as: solid, chemical diversification and light diversification lens
Protective plate: it can be departed by material such as: macromolecule and fiber-glass protective plate.
Lens supporting: fix the lens and protective plate on the shell, and replacement easily.
Rotating fitting: it can rotate the lens in the lens supporting.

Headgear part can be daparted by materical: plastics type, fabric type and leather type.
Headgear part can be departed by adjust fitting: six-orientation adjustment type and four- orientation adjustment type.
